Types of trademarks
- Word mark : Word mark is the most common type of trademark found in India. It includes word, tagline or punchline, slogan, design. It is a combinations of words with any pictorial representation. Ex: Facebook, coco cola.
- Device mark : – It includes Logo, or design, punch line, slogan. Device mark is eye-catching and attractive which makes it easy for the public to remember.
